We're looking for a Design Consultant who is passionate about creating style with functionality and thrives on building long-term relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing industry working closely with architects and designers specifying consumer products across Queensland.

Our Company:

We are a very successful commercial division of a renowned national company, providing plumbing and appliance products to residential and commercial projects across QLD.

Our established relationships with the industries best developers, builders and architects have seen us proudly supply to the most iconic developments on the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

The Role Includes:

• Managing current Architect and Design clients while developing new client relationships
• Specifying consumer products and providing updates about industry changes, trends and product offering
• Maintaining a balanced schedule of meetings, quotations, selections and multiple projects simultaneously
• Working closely with our Specification team and Sales Representative team
• Regular product training, industry knowledge and events
• Travel to a client base across SEQ (Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and North QLD)  

About You:

• A background in a similar role specifying/selling to the Design & Construction industry
• Experience using CRM and POS is highly regarded
• Interest or experience in Interior Design with understanding of main brands is preferred
• Personable, confident communication and professional presentation  
• Strong organisational skills and self-motivation  
• Require own vehicle to travel to client offices and our office located in Stapylton
• Business Development Background
