The Harvey Norman Cairns Customer Service Team is seeking a passionate Customer Service Assistant to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

To be successful you will:

• Have a passion for retail
• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

Contributing to driving sales and providing exception customer service you will be:

• Fulfilling Click & Collect and Online orders
• Packing and coordinate items to Click & Collect customers
• Managing phone and email enquiries
• Supporting sales staff to ensure all customer expectations are met
• Perform general customer service duties as needed

To be successful you must be able to start immediately, as well as:

• Have the right to work in Australia
• Flexibility to work weekends and late-night trade including extended trading hours
• Physically able to pack and move stock across the store
• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to assist in all areas of the operation
