We are seeking a Dropship Creditors Clerk who will be responsible working with the Team Lead to ensure efficient management of invoice processing and overall operations within the Dropship team.
About the role
Located in Homebush West, this role will see you supporting the team to ensure efficient management of invoice processing, debtors and creditors and overall operations within the dropship space.
You will also:
- Receive, verify and accurately process supplier invoices
- Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery
- Enter Receipt of stock and delivery of sales into the POS system
- Organise, print and distribute invoices to the team for processing
- Review and cross check supplier statements to ensure invoices have been processed
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve discrepancies/overcharges and provide them payment status and outstanding balance updates
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers
About you
You will pride yourself on your attention to detail, and your ability to manage competing priorities.
You will also have;
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes
- A motivated and results driven personality, with a passion for outstanding customer service
- Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Suite
