We are looking for a Solar Compliance Assistant to keep up with the increased demand of our Solar business. We are looking for a driven and ambitious solar professional who wants to work in a truly collaborative environment which will challenge you and assist you to achieve success and job satisfaction. Represent Harvey Norman with strong customer service and communication skills. You will be part of the solar delivery team, overseeing the project, liaising with our customers & installers to coordinate high quality solar installations.

Responsibilities

• Review installer paperwork for compliance with regulation
• Monitor and maintain the accreditation status of installers
• Register solar devices on platforms like GoodWe and Alpha
• Advise energy retailers on behalf of customers regarding solar installations
• Register new systems on the Government DER portal
• Prepare and send warranty manuals to customers
• Trade on the Formbay platform
• Maintain and organize documentation for compliance and operational efficiency
• Monitor changes in regulations relating to Solar Installations
• Liaise with Site Supervisor to ensure installers are compliant with regulations, and assist in communicating changes in requirements to installers
• Help customers in placing Service Calls
• Engage manufacturers for product trainings

The successful applicant will possess:

• Min, 2 year experience in a similar role
• The ability to work in a Team environment
• Advanced Communication skills – both written and verbal
• Initiative, an organized working style
• Common sense and an eye for detail.
• Solar experience preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to resolve issues - Thrives in challenging tasks
• Handle multiple duties simultaneously and exhibit initiative
• Intermediate computer skills
• Self driven
